Cloudflare for Families (Family) answers on 1.1.1.3 and 1.0.0.3 (adult content blocked). isitdns reads it from one seat, over DoT, every 3 min.

The resolver board measures one rung continuously: does the resolver answer over DoT, how fast, and did it set the DNSSEC ad flag.

A strike opens after two degraded rounds in a row, unless the newest reading inside 4 minutes from a seat on a different network says that resolver is healthy.

We never claim to see the whole internet. We see what we watch, from where we watch it, and right now that is one seat.
